The Study of Role Conflict Among Working Couples

This paper examines the issues faced by working couples with regard to various role such as personal adjustments, work related issues, family issues, issues related to children and social issues. The study has been approved out on a sample size of 50 working women. The sample is not intended to be representative.

Based on the study the following observation were made

  • The respondents are in the age group of 25 to above 40 years.
  • Many respondents are highly qualified.
  • Many respondents like to work under an employer.
  • Many of them are doing the job for financial support of the family.
  • While doing the job they have to face various problems.
