Effect of stress on Nurses Job Performance in Hospitals: A Study.

The medical profession is the noble profession; they are helping others to get relief from the problem. The Nurses those who are working in the hospital serve or coordinate with doctor and the patient. The doctor who is giving treatment but the nurses who are taking full care of the patient. The nurses those who are working in the hospital are facing different types of issues like job satisfaction, promotion, family problem, work pressure, patients’ problem and etc. Because of this the nurses facing stress problem. The stress is both physical and mental. It is also classified in to two types like positive stress and negative stress. The negative stress again classified in to acute stress and chronic stress. The stress plays important role in performing the duty. In this paper the author tried to find out causes, consequences, types of stresses
