Pilot Study On The Efficacy Of Nirgunditailapurannadivrana
NadiVrana is one of the ano rectal disorders described by AacharyaSushrut. Its characteristics features are – ShofVranaPrachurPuyam. In this condition Vrana is formed by spread of pus deep inside, destroying the tissues through skin and muscles in a form of a tube and there for called as NadiVrana.TailaPuranis one of the procedures described by AacharyaSushrut in NadiVrana.
NadiVranacan be reffered to the sinus.Hence a study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of NirgundiTailaPuranin NadiVrana.It is randomized clinical trial of 15 patients.
