Abstract

In today’s changing era organizations can sustain only if they respond to fast changing needs of the market. For this, organizations need to improve at each and every step continuously and this can be done with the help of Kaizen implementation. If the concept of Kaizen is understood effectively, it will give the maximum benefits to the organization and if it’s not implemented properly, it will result in failure. Hence, this article tries to highlight concept of Kaizen and its importance through the available literature study.
